Media Reception on April 19, 2018

More than 10 Journalists from different media organizations were invited to the media reception. The Executive Committee member, the first vice chairman, and the Executive Director of the Federation attended the reception and answered the reporter's questions on different hotel industry issue such as industry prospects and manpower shortage problem.

The Executive Director also revealed at the meeting that the Federation is working with the Hong Kong Polytechnic University to conceive and develop Smart Hotel to provide guests with a more personalized experience and at the same time to solve the shortage of manpower.
